How to use

    Helps with sleep

    Works wonderfully!

    I had been using a magnesium lotion for my son who needs help winding down at night, it worked alright. My sis in law was using the Rowe Casa cream for her kids and gave me a jar insisting I try it. Hands down it was the best. Now everyone in our house uses it. Great for muscle tension/pain and relaxation and works pretty quickly (start with a small amount if you're not used to magnesium). Has a GREAT smell, also. I'm thrilled to have found this and plan to keep a supply around.
